CONCLUSION

There is no one buying this item on Outpost. Many people are buying/selling for less on classifieds. Many on outpost are selling in Demo man sets. Unsold at 1.5 Keys, not selling at 1.5-1.8 Keys (lol) and somehow. One sold at the current low price, so that's what I'm making as the new price.
