Hype on the Racks is continuing.
Last one sold for 7 buds pure within 1 hour at outpost.

Hard to find any other sellers/proofs since theres only a single PE Rack on the market after this one sold.

Seems to be a quicksell, may not be in range.

If it's a quicksell, then the range is even higher than 7.
In that case, 7 is a much better price than 5.7.
Bp.tf rules say a quicksell cannot be included in a price (range), although it may be a better price.
One of my last unusual suggestions didn't pass because my proof was based on B/O's, but it was closer with the actual price than the current price.

well he didnt said that he was quickselling...he put it in for B/O of 7 and 1 hour later he got a tentative pure B/O offer and closed the trade.
But without anymore proofs i cant make a range. As i said, a PE Rack on the market is pretty rare so we have no sellers.
Wait to sell yours and then resuggest
I wont sell mine for under 8-10 pure since everyone is sure that it will become a misc. Look what happened to the mancer. PE was at like 6, now it goes nowhere for under 15 pure. And the same will happen to the rack.
The one he has is duped, selling it will be much harder than the one of the sale above (very short/clean history)
Edit : this hat becoming a misc is only a rumor (1 guy making a video and all people are going crazy...)
That pyromancers will become a Misc was also only a rumor...and look what happened.
And yes, mine is duped, but however, due to the recent events about the Rack hype I think that a Clean Pe Rack sells for 7 pure is quite a bit low tbh, but the guy seemed to want pure quickly and had probably not really a idea of what kind of hype is going on, but as long as no one sells theirs, we will have no proofs that say that PE Racks are even higher. I think 7 is a good suggestion for now, And also, just as reference, the Sunbeams Rack is priced at 7,8 and sellers even reject several 10,5 buds pure offers...

I just put that price suggestion in due to recent events and i think thats a far better price than the one before.
No one who is fully-consicous would ever sell a PE Rack for riddikulous 5,7 buds. Unless hes quickselling or whatever.
As long as we have no other proofs, we can make no other price.
And as long as no one sells a PE Rack, we will have no other price range as well.
Nobody will sell for 5.7. That is a low price.
Thus, 7 buds is a better price /for now/.

So sales at 5 and 7 pure? Can you provide sales of the duped PE racks to support the idea that 5 is the outlier here and not 7?
Well sry but as I said, i havent found any further proofs since these Racks are exceedingly Rare on outpost and like no one sells them.
The one you showed is also 1 month old and was sold before the Rack Misc Hype train started, and I dont really think that someone will ever sell it for that cheap.
The next owner of that Rack, the polar Guy http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19350592 had far more offers received and declined several offers in the 6-7 bud range (overpay included), e.g.
- KaW Muff (5,9*0,9=5,3) + smoking oiled Baker (1,5*0,9=1,3) --> = 6,5
- GE Grim (5,4*0,9= 4,9) + GE Gonzilla (1,8*0,9=1,6) --> = 6,5
- DBD Impaler (7*0,9=6,3) --> 6,3
- KaW Reggealator (6,1*0.9=5,5) + TW Bombing Run (1,5*0.9=1,3) --> 6,8
...
Just to name a few without considering all the other lowballs. So yep, 5 is pretty much the outlier.
