I'm not sure about the BoA. If you resuggested at 13.5-14.5, the high end of 14.5 would be based on a 1 month old b/o on a c9 boa that still hasn't sold. Personally, wouldn't have an issue with it as that range is probably close, but there are some who might complain. Either way, this is too high. The current range which is ~8 months old is more accurate
