Suggestion: Strange Part: Allied Healing Done at 6 ref

Very unsure about this one. Last suggestion was more conservative. Nearly everyone in Outpost selling for 6 ref and above and anything below goes almost instantly. May be a controversial suggestion putting it at 6 flat but we shall see :D

- http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197963500354?time=1400742000 him on 5/22/14, has one healing part

-on 5/23/14 he doesn't have it anymore, history for 5/24 shows him as not having any still

-me on the last accepted suggestion performing a feat of logic and reasoning about the supposedly sold out at 6ref guy

there's still a distinctive lack of 6ref solds :/ unless we're sure the guy with the interested buyers is actually selling any at 6

These are selling higher then both the current and newly suggested range.(Yes only to one guy(whos the only one who has them cause almost every one else runs out of stocks to fast)

(Yes this is from my older suggestion but its still sales from less then a week)
