Previous owner bought it 2 weeks ago for Blizzard Powdered Prac and Miami Valley (2.2, old price, and 3.3, updated about when the trade happenned) (Considering overpay @ -10%: 2.9 +2 = 4.9, needs to be adjusted due to bud deflation, comment below to help me out with that!)

you have to do a suggestion for the unusual that is dated to prove the old range is still valid. idk how much more i can explain it.
