Hmm. So it looks like the GE rack was sold for 3.5 pure to the person who offered 3.5 on that trade. Anyways, range is probably close enough. Doesn't need overpay since that's what he wanted / burning capo was sort of offered

I noted that Charity's sale was off in that suggestion, but I accepted it because it wasn't possible to figure out exactly what it was traded for based on bp or outpost histories.
