The burning Tree is more then its backpack.tf value. I quicksold 2 for 7 pure in ~1hour each.

Well, overpay on new effects is usually much higher than 10%. And even 2 week old prices are often out of date on new hats.

An aces ke was selling for 6 last week and there are multiple sellers under 10 now. I just don't like using new effects to set ranges because they are highly uncertain and people expect a huge overpay if trading in them.

oops. he must have sold the buds off since it isn't there at the time stamp. it was the GE billy + of phantom + 1 which would be closer to 6.2. That seems much more reasonable.

Hats like the DP gibus ad the aces KE really shouldn't be used as proof for other hats. They are moving targets and it's almost impossible to tell what the true value of them was at the time of the trade. This seems high.
