This was a pain in the ass to get evidence for, so much chasing people!

The only other valid seller I could find in the last month was bought it for $28 from a friend on SCM, and his friend recieved $25 of that ( http://imgur.com/YNd89nj ) meaning he bought it for 15 keys according to my math, so I'm calling this an outlier. He didn't resell this, he crabbed it and lost ( http://imgur.com/jezRbK9 ).
