There is no REAL cooldown, the fake cooldown is a fake cooldown that is 3 days long, and the only time it applies is on currencies and important items for the new price to take affect.

The fake cooldown doesn't apply here, and incase you're gonna say there is a real 3 day cooldown, go ask a mod/admin.

It's just so ridiculously easy to find these for 2.66 ref. This is not a suggestion I hastily accepted. You will note I commented on the previous suggestion here: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5380e5f14dd7b8637c8b49f8

The vast majority of his solds at 3 ref were selling very very slowly, but a few had sold so I asked him to resuggest with a wider range. And I continued to follow this item since and there were always sellers available at 2.66.

It's just way too easy to find these for 2.66 and it sells slowly at 3 for such a cheap strange.

You are missing my rationale for accepting. Quicksells aren't defined solely by the time it takes to sell an item. More important is availability and value in relation to other sales. Would we price a bills hat at 5 keys + 6 ref? No. Because you cannot go on the market at any given time and just find 2-3-4 bills selling at that value. Those are quicksells - very low availability, lots of quickbuyers at that, and they easily sell at 6 keys.

These are easily available at 2.66 ref. Accepting the suggestion informs buyers interested in this item that it doesn't take much work to find one for 2.66. There is always at least 1-2 on the market available at that and they don't sell so quickly that it's impossible to get one. Also, 3 ref sells very slowly as shown in both previous suggestions.

With this in mind, 2.66-3 seems the most appropriate range.
