All the quickbuyers are happy to pay 9. And one is even paying 10. And you have shown even 11 sells fast. All the sellers at 12 are young. Honestly, the current value is probably close. And with a bit more digging I'm sure there will be sales at 12. Either way, not going to go looking for them since the low end here is definitely too low since that is a quickbuyers value.
