Not on their own. Although plenty for less in the classifieds usually means that a drop is imminent.

Try searching for some more sellers. At least 5-10 more.

problem, i don't exactly get how outpost works. i mean i get the 1 item trades for metal/keys/items, but the giving of multiple items for a price confuses me. So... yeah. Do you know?
