Eh, I don't like stacking overpay on hats if avoidable. For example, you already applied overpay on both sales in the arcana tyrants suggestion. So sales at 10 became sales at 9. Now you apply overpay here giving you your low end at 8. If this sells again, overpay would put the next sale at 7. etc. etc. 10 sales later, you get a value of 1 when the original sale value was 10.

Think that should be ~9-10.5
