Lowest B/Os are at 2.5 (multiple), but there is little interest.

Neither the Wraith nor the Rack were used to price this, as always just listing the sales in case anyone wants to price those hats. Although the Wraith looks like it'll be having a 2.5 high end, which would put it around this range anyway.

So basically the value is exactly the same as before. I wasnt expecting that, this is a well-liked hat and a nice old effect.
