You're adding 1.1 to the range so you need proof of it, B/O's can't be used as proof.
I can use B/os to represent the low end as long as it isnt a quicksell (also to give the unusual a range)
b/o's are perfectly fine for a lowend, if the trade is old enough. A lowend shouldn't be based off a b/o on a day old trade, but ~1 week is good
