Der took the whole offer as around 24 in unusuals, not including overpay. (14 + 5 + 3 + 1 + 1) Considering I used the low ends of everything, it seems to have settled at a fair point, factoring in the rest.

Yeah only difference I would do is making it 22 flat, but seems fine.
