I have watched the Bolted Birdcage's referenced movie ("The Birdcage") and it is about a gay family who owns a raunchy night club and it makes sense that the purple confetti relates to gay people and parties. Because of this and the fact that there is only one in existence, I believe that it deserves a high price. I also happen to know that the only version of this item is painted with Pink as Hell, with the description "We are FA-MI-LY", which references the song played many times throughout the movie.

In my recent edit, I also added more relations to the movie its self and considering its rarity, it is pretty lucky that all these things match up. If you ever watched the movie, you'd know what i mean.
