the value has dropped during the past months, if you could check out the steam community market,after making some math, it is clear that it is not really worth 4 any more and actually is worth around less 2-4 scrap, because even though the price in the market is worth 4 ref, the price that you can get one with metal is around 1/6 lower than the market price.

math:

ToD ticket price = 3,33

Squad surplus voucher price = 4 ref

mann co. store price for ToD = x

---prices according to tod---

ref price ~ x/3

rec price = x/10

scrap price = x/30

------------------------

after buying the tod you go trade it for some metal, you get 3,33 ref.

3.33/10 = x/10

0.33x12 = 4

Now if you use whatever your currency is it you should see that it is possible to get one for 1/6 less

for example I can use mine.

ToD = $2,19

Market price of the voucher = $3,00-3,10

$2,19/10 = $0,22

$0,219 x 12 = $2,628

So as you can see $2,628 in this case is around 1/6 less than $3,00-$3,10
