This hat is a good hat for the soldier and to me its pretty low since its only 14 keys. its a first gen effect, it gets sold easy and people die for this hat.

Proof: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19089104 He is looking for 16 keys and getting good offer.

even though there are about 4 people looking for 15 keys they are getting overpay for the unusual in items which can count to 17-18 keys.

It is a good hat for the soldier and it does look like a good add to a soldier with the pipe. Yes its a low effect but it is a good hat and easy sell.
