You should be using prices of backpack.tf and not those current b/o. Time Warp Bolted Bicorne has no price. Dead Presidents Antlers is not 6.

How do you know it sold for 5 buds? b/o doesn't mean that is what they sold it for.

I know however, there isn't a price for price for most items but the reason I'm going by the current market price is because according to other users thats what is being asked right now rather then the price multiple months ago. Considering the user has not been on TF2 in a while, I think he/she has quit TF2 . I will follow up with the person who bought it and follow it up.

Exceptions: There are rarely situations where we feel B/Os can be used as the only proof in a suggestion. We will accept such suggestions ONLY if there are literally no usable sales in the last 2 months. In these situations, the suggester must show proof of recent sales and why they are not usable (quicksell, sold for more unpriced hats, etc.). In these cases, there is frequently a large buyer-seller gap and dropping the value based on B/Os might actually result in a few sales that could then be used to refine the value.

In this case, he got it from a 'good' friend which I think affects the pricing of the unusual.

Also brings the point why I had to use 6.0 on the recent sale cause time warp bicorne is not priced

This exception is for lowering/updating a price. Not for setting a new price.

5.5-6 buds --> with overpay that makes 5.2 buds, not 6 buds.

With overpay makes 5.2 buds where does this figure come from? He said he bought it from a 'good friend' which means the price was altered abit, why does bp.tf prices of 5.5 go back down to 5.2 buds. If you did read the comments above, it was only recently that I found out about the rules and that I cannot edit the original post.
