3rd comment on that trade is a 2 month old offer from a Mr. Squirrel who offered 3 ref for 4 of the seller's crate #31s as well. That's almost 0.77 each. Neutral for now I think.

They show up on the 24th in his backpack, ( http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198080924666?time=1400914800 ) and then disappear the next day, ( http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198080924666?time=1401001200 ) where he also bought other crates. So if they did sell for .33 it might have been a quicksell
