The TC is still outdated. And the 1st seller had no idea what he was doing. Had much higher/better offers

yet they were almost all retracted. highest pure offer was 25 and it was still retracted. both noh offers were retracted, and the boa offer was tentative.

the vivid gibus + burning cotton head - RA sensei offer was probably ~30ish, just out of the top of my head (since neither are priced), I might be wrong though

I did have no idea what i was doing (i unboxed it), and i would put it no higher than 30. there was a 25 pure and 1key that wasnt retracted. One noh offer wasnt retracted when i finaly sold it for a bad deal (the guy told me/i thought he said a moon ballcap not misty skull ballcap), and that noh offer was the logo+p fetti phantom. Personaly i would put the price at 27-30, and the arcana TC guy over payed, and i under sold. I also feel that the hat is over hyped and is about as good as the neckwear headwear.

Secret menco has no recent sales of valid items near 15, misty ballcap hasnt sold for a stable item in forever, and the mancers probably close. The Arcana TC had such crappy offers that 31 seems high. This should be closer to 20 than 30 imo. Every quality offer was retracted or tentative then retracted. And the unboxer had no experience. I say again, this is not an accurate assessment of the value of this item.

menco had a 16 pure sale recently, it's on the other suggestion I made. as for tc (one sale) and ballcap (didn't look into it) i'm not really sure.

although if I used the spellbound dome to price this (kissking valued at ~22ish) instead of using this to price the dome (42 sale in current open suggestion, 42-43) then the dome's suggested price would be an abysmal ~32-43 as the 32 sale would no longer be an outlier

The menco sale is surprising, but if its valid then cant argue it. I have personally seen the Misty Ballcap a lot and it just doesnt sell for stable items. Everyone who owns it wants to dump it. I do believe you have your hands full with this one but Neutrons quicksales, all the retracted offers, the unstable items, and the debatable pricing of what it did sale for does suggest, in my mind, it needs to be lower than this.
