what does outlier mean?

Outlier means a sale that isnt quite right, or is a quicksale.

Eg, I have 2 sales at 16 buds on some hat, then 1 sale at 3 buds. The 3 buds seems wrong to put in the range, doesn't it?

I snatched it from a quicksale within a few hours, as you can see from the trade closing 4 hours after it opened :P

like a median? getting rid of what doesn't fit.
