i don't really get it. the below link is my suggestion and i got value of the hazmatt of sale 1 to be 3.6 (0.9 convert back to 1)

You never convert backwards, you either don't apply in the first place and leave it as it is, or you apply overpay.

so the correct value is 3.3-3.7?
