you probably don't really need to do reverse overpay, but whatever I guess it makes the range tighter.
I think it's more accurate since it was deducted before. I'm an engineering student. I'm all about accuracy. :D

Also what I just wanted to say was that you only find the overpay at the end of the equation, not the seperate hat
So it would be:
4.8 (Jefe) - 1.1 (Topper) = 3.7 (Hazmat w/o overpay)
90% of 3.7 = 3.4, but still fits in the range, so looks good and you've got my upvote! :3
