There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18960475 - V short + 2 aussie wrench's = 26.5*0.9= 23.85 ~24

I love the "maybe 1 bud?" offer

So why do we suddenly not need 2 sales?

        Exception 1: High Tier Hats

Sales for high tier hats (>20 buds) can be based on a single sale if there are no other sales in the last 3 months. Estimations can be made for unpriced / outdated parts of that trade as long as reasonable estimations are provided.

        Exception 2: Rare Hats

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:

        - There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months

        - The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)

        - The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.

Hmm. The shortstop has a 5 month old price. Do you mind making a mini to justify its value here?

Initially was researching for it, however the Shortstop got

Current seller of it - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20036219

        Previous b/o of it (older) was 13 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18942252

The previous owner is marked, not sure since he sold it to same guy if it really was sold or just helping him - will check more later.

All of the trades were made by rather inactive/inexperianced traders - can't see the tf2op trades of them, and they essentially went back to the same guy, who later was put on a marked trader/back to him. So no real valid sales since the last suggestion, so what's the best course of action here?

Considering the b/o was at 25 - might be an fair/decent value out of it.

Current Antlers owner doesn't have it up on tf2op or any other (that I'm aware of) trading sites, so no offers could be used to back it up.

Lack of proof or value the short at current suggestion?

Original unboxer here. I traded it to a broker (sold many an unusual and a golden pan!), shortly after Halloween last year, who originally thought we could get over 20 buds pure for it. He had it up for a long time ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15917975 ) with him lowering the cost incrementally and, iirc, 8 buds pure was the only non-shark offer of any worth he got. Two months ago, we gave up and I got it back with the intention of just trading it for an unusual I actually wanted. Knowing that it was worth more though, I traded it for a Something Burning This Way Comes Bicorne (asking price was at least 10 buds):

Based on the broker's and my own experience trying to sell the thing, this seems a little anomalous; I never would have thought it would resell for more than 15 buds. Still, a sale is a sale so good on the guy I traded it to for actually getting a decent amount for it.

To think someone would pay that much for this ugly thing!

The v.shortstop price is very debatable. Kemeko had two of them or something, and traded one here. Also, the previous seller had a BO of 13, and then it sells for more. I don't think this price is stable enough, better let it remain unpriced for now.
