I'm pretty sure the owner added quite a bit of pure to his spellbound for them. I think you should confirm with him and get a screenshot of the trade before changing the prices cause it seems you don't have all the info here. I know this because I remember the previous owner asking for my advice regarding on how much pure he should add. So i'm gonna have to downvote this you can get all the information required for a proper price change.

Just in case u dont seem to know, the Vivid Stash´s price wasnt updated since it became a Misc. The riddikulous price of 4,5 buds is completely senseless, as u can see that the other vivid stash on the market declined already 8 buds pure or 10 buds in unusual offers http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19842684 and we all know that stash prices have already doubled and just as a little btw remark, Searing goes for 8+ buds pure and Vivid is and always will be higher than Searing. Update the Stash´s price first before u make suggestions about other hats.

Pricing the Kabuto at 14-17 buds is absolutely riddikulous and it will never be sold for such a low price. And the sold for the Miami Gibus was 2 months ago and it proofs nothing to me tbh.

You need proof of the second sale. A copy of the chat is not enough. If you ask him for the screenshot of the trade, it would be enough.

Along the fact he has evidence that took place months back, using 1 piece of evidence to price an unusual? The stash needs updating before any price can be made for this, and you priced the Stash at 4.5? No chance of it selling for 4.5, I've already received an offer of 10+ in mixed in the first day, I agree with Johnno. You've miss-judged the prices of the unusuals especially the Kabuto, it was sold at 25 in unusuals. (the kabuto had pure added along too) But the latest sale was evidently 25 in unusuals, so 14 - 17? No chance.
