It is a valid sale because the offer of 6 buds and 9 keys was taken by the guy. Blue then had the rack and the other guy had 6.5 pure. Find counter-proof if you think my suggestion is bad.

Hey Shadowpod speaking, As for the 6 buds and 9 keys that was offered on my hat and my c9 headsplitter. There was a hacker on my account which accepted that offer old sold them. I had to speak with Noobinator and Helen to Ban my steam along with my TF2OP, TF.BP.

I had an offer of 7 buds on the Rack which I did not accept and unusual offers that were 9 buds and higher.

Look further into my trade to see the past offers.
