You can make a default weapon uniqe by applying a name tag/desc tag/ks kit on him

People can sell whatever they want, if they want to sell a uniqe scattergun, they can

Unique Scatter obtained as a drop when you name/describe it or add a KS kit.

You don't get them from a drop, you get them when you apply A tag or a KS on them....

Could you finish reading the sentence before you comment? When you apply said item on the stock scattergun, it appears as a drop to everyone else on the server. "" "" found Scattergun

The Real SSJ5, you are right as him, after you apply it shows you "You found a Uniqe scattergun", i had experiece when i applied a name tag to a wrench

I'm not into that, do you get it "extra" or does it replace your in-stock-weapon? Can you do it multiple times? when you sell/destroy it, do you "loose" your in-stock-weapon then or do you get your old one back?

I'm really curious about it & because we already are at this topic, I'd like to put my long-hold questions here, maybe someone here can answer them.

After you apply it become extra, you can chose if you want to use the uniqe or the stock, you can do it as many times as you want, but it will be a waste of profit
