Edit: saw the 2 buds in the preivous owners bp, but it looks like he just traded a strange pan along with it. couldnt find anything else besides that

As flawlessh points out the evidence is a little weak, especially cause the guy you cite was banned... Also there are a bunch of other trades [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/208820660[/url] open that you fail to cite and there seems to be no good reason to remove the range...
