I feel the stash is real innacurate due to the last update.
When your only sale is based on a "minisuggestion" of one sale that's obviously wrong. Yeah. No.
Ballcap now has a full suggestion
The Hearts Stash was at 7 before it was made a misc. It's now 11, and I sold mine for over 13. A Lantern Stash is no longer accurate at 6 buds.

So you have found yourself a really tough suggestion. Really hard to price this fairly, so I'll help you. What needs to be done here is to make a mini on the DUPED stash to price the ballcap. The ballcap can then be used to price this.

Perhaps a duped lantern might be ~8.5-10

So no overpay. That sale is close to 8.5. Perhaps the ballcap is ~6.5-8.5?
Now for the sale here. Ballcap + 29 keys + black genuine dcc would be close to 8.7 after overpay
The value here is about a buds off. You will need to check some of the values I have given carefully, but that's the order in which you will need to price these to price the private eye.
