i know,no need to say "the range is large" ; let the mods deal with it,no need to hear/read the same thing over and over again,if a new range is required,i'll change that

Newer sales take precedence - I'm aware these may be the only valid sales, but you may need to prove one of these is an outlier. The value is just a bit too small to have such a range, and if you're gonna have such a range, why not 7-10? Just trying to help out.

Is there a 3rd sale? Maybe 7 or 10 is an outlier and a 3rd sale would determine that.
