Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't we apply overpay to the first unusual? I'm still trying to figure all this out...

4.2*.9=3.78 rounded to 3.8.

3.8 * 17(buds) = 64.6 keys

64.6 + 54 keys.... (6.97 rounded to 7 buds).

here^^ we use overpay for PE Spartan(~4.3-5-price )--> (4.3+5)/2 ~4.65 X 0.9~4.185~4.2
