The terror-watt coupe is missing but I'm assuming it was traded for something different. I'm not sure if minor sweets were added on the smoking noir's side.

Far as I can tell it looks like a 1:1 trade. The bp.tf suggested price for the bonnet (1.3-1.5) was updated 5 months ago: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52bc927f4cd7b83c478b4569

but the guy who got the bonnet had a buyout of ~1.2-1.3 buds so I wouldn't value it above that.
