Very rare. Very few exist. I assume that's it... Perhaps it looks interesting in game...

It was raised from 4-8 keys

So everyone was like'i need one before it raises more'

=>High demand, lower supply

=>Sellers ask more and more, some stupid people buy it

=>Higher price

=>New owners repeat the 'selling for more'

=>Raise even more

=>More ppl want the item

=>Higher demand
