This is still considered cheap, I'd say anything under 15 is still cheap
So 95% of all unusuals are cheap? What's an average price then?
Also no, no other recent sales - I have held one since Halloween, and the other one is still owned by the buyer in the last suggestion I made.
I also have another question about where you got your price range from, seeing as there's only 1 sale in the notes... And with overpay it's around 4.7 not 5. The buyout can't help with a suggestion, as it seems this is a price manipulation suggestion.
You cant do 4.5 as low end just because 1 person is selling it for 4.5, B/O's can't be used to price hats.
Well if he had 2 sales, then he could use b/o's for the low-end, but in this case he can't.
Very correct, can't base ranges off of buyouts
So instead I run off the single sale in the last 2 months and say 5 buds? That doesn't sound like a better price.
I'll just make another separate comment rather than reply to 50 people.
Let's see - there's the sale for the geisha and 2 buds. 'All OFFERED hats and items should be taken at 90% of their original average price.' - average price is 3.5, this gives us 3.1. I used 3 as it's easier. That gives a price of 5. Also my price was 5, so it can't be 5.1.
This is the only sale in the past 2 months. The other one is selling for nothing other than 4.5 buds. 'B/Os alone cannot be used to make an unusual suggestion' - however, the buyout is being used to lower the price of the 5 (i.e. to save it being priced at 5, then lowered to 4.5 by a buyout sale). If I had just put up '5 buds, here's the only sale' I would've been flooded with 'hurr this one wants 4.5'.
'High End: Set the high end no higher than common b/o's and bounded by the high end sales and offers.' I have set the low end by a B/O, so I'm fine.
If you want to comment something else I've done wrong, feel free - but I'm going to ignore anyone else saying the same thing over and over now.
Indeed, and quite a few people have made arses over themselves over this.
Read the rules rather carefully, and you'll find there's nothing wrong with this suggestion.
Bounding the LOW end of a price with a B/O is fine, from my own experience see here:

Some people are being very untitled to their wrong opinions, and it's not pretty to read. Please check facts before criticising.
I have noticing this suggestion and saw only getting pointless criticism for no reason. Heck, I wouldn't even call those criticism. They just commented without even looking.
Thank you for finally speaking up, I was thinking of posting somewhat similar what you posted now.
Well, the point being raised by folks here is fair - if this can't sell for 4.5 in a month, it's odd to price this higher than that. But eh.. 4.5 and 5 is not so far apart, and the other guy isn't exactly bumping that well.
