Yes, I saw that and know that. I am not sure why did you bother to suggest if you already can see that one of the 11 key seller is young and unbumped and the other seller is extremely poorly bumped.

Currently there doesnt seem to be ANY active sellers at 11, the two 11s are both unbumped one even being closed from inactivity.

With all proof for 11 keys having clear bumping issues, there isn't sufficient evidence to bring it into range, much less as the flat price.
