Link 4 is selling for 16 buds not 15 buds. I think that 18 may be an outlier though with 3 selling cheaper, 1 of them being squeaky clean. The one that sold at 18 resold as well.

Yepp, 16-18 better here. If it sold for 18 pure, and it's rather close to low end, 16-18 looks fine 2 me.
