*woo* adjusting this unusual again
6 month old price
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19508235#p55559204 Offered a Beams Glove (2.7 w/ overpay), and 7 pure on the set of it and a P. Fetti Phantom (~4.1) so give or take a 2.9 bud offer
http://imgur.com/xGtlnaU Sold for 2 buds and 10 keys, minus ~5 keys in items, so 2 buds 5 keys, or .3 buds
So, taking the sale as the low end and the offers as the high end, I suggest putting the range at 2.3-2.7 buds. Thanks, and vote accordingly!
The Purple Confetti Phantom is outdated and can't be used as proof without updating the price or making a minisuggestion (i.e. quickly reconfirming the price.)
which is why I set the high end with the rubber glove offer C:
i like how you own one ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
eh, I just bought it, and I owned a different one when my last suggestion for this hat passed

Neither of them own the Fedora or the blokes, and you can't tell if stuff was added to either side

I think it's pretty clear now.
However, if someone had bought the bloke's using the Fedora, you'd have to account for overpay. Taking the midrange, 1.95/.9 = 2.2, taking the high end, 2.1/.9 = 2.3, which still fits the low end of the suggested range
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20325315 terror watt tartan, had b/o 2.5 = 2.3
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20325315 32 keys? = 1.9/2, but sold in less than a day= quicksell
I guess this is alright, blokes appears to be an outlier
