If it sells, it can change the price, though it being an outlier, its safe to say the price can still be up at 8-9 ish, be wary however, a new suggestion after it may sell could pop up.

Hardly a quick sale. If a person has been unable to sell a 11-12 bud hat (current bp.tf price) for 50% off then it isn't a quicksale.
