There's one other sale, but it was for a bunch of unpriceable KS crap. It's probably an outlier anyway, since Overclocked recently got priced at 14 keys.

Correct me if I wrong, but I'm pretty sure you need 2 sales for this.

Actually, the exact rule states you only need 2 sales for Summer 2013 effects (as in, Miami, Disco, Watts...). Robos are fair game once again, at least if the hat is rare enough.

Pricing off 1 sale is fine for such a hat if there are no other recent sales. But this has another sale that is well above 13 keys. Probably need to wait for another sale to figure out which is the outlier.
