Thats not really proof. You need either offers on trades, actual pictures of the trade history or at least backpack.tf history links. There is so much room for error. there could have been sweets added from either side in both cases, and also, the max head was level 1

we currently dont know if the slouch was offered on the private eye or not. if it was no ovp necessary.
