Well, looks like this was a bad investment.

I don't like just removing the high end sales here, especially since two of them are in old effects (the AA and TC). And the wraith sale was a month ago. It might have been higher than 4 then. A lot of them are also selling within a day.

I think a range of 4.5-6 would be better here, counting the low sale at 4 and high sale at 9 as outliers.

Also want to note that the hearts AA was duped, but this suggestion was for the duped hat, so valuing that at ~5 is fine: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5397c5394cd7b892288b479e
