This hat is >3 buds, you have to price it off a clean one. Unless there are only dupes in existence

I think, unfortunately, in that case, it stays outdated... Only time duped ones are usable is if there's no difference in prices (ala buds) or that ONLY DUPES EXIST at time of pricing (see, for example, my Anti-freeze Desert Marauder or Gym Rat suggestion)

so you're saying that eventhough there are 6 of these (including 2 duped)....and 4 of them are in backpacks that have not been active for over 4-6 months and the only ones that are being traded are the duped ones, this will remain outdated?

I'm afraid I am. So long as un-dupes exist, dupes aren't valid proof.
