The unsold as you said is very poorly bumped , why do you put it in the suggestion when you know that has got an issue?

With a poorly bumped unsold (it's seen a bump more recently, but the 6 days without bump leaves its duration as an unsold in question) and an unbumped seller, doesn't look like there's enough here to validate suggested price. Is there more available that you can find?
