Your second link recently sold, you may want to look into that. If it was ~3 buds, I'd call 4 an outlier. If it was more than 3.5, you may have a case for this.

Maybe if a few more sales go through, then you could make a case for raising this. But as it stands, the sales are too spread out to make a case for this without being biased.
