Why is the range 16 to 17 if your sales are 16 and 18?

I think the current range is fine though, I doubt the S.Notice will sell for 1 Key+

I don't think it's necessary. The part may be worth 3 keys but on a weapon that barely any uses, I doubt it'd be worth more than a key.

A range of 16 to 17 should be fine.
