Sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18696961 - Sold for an Orbiting Planets Batter's Helmet (1.2 buds) + 30 keys.
(1.2*.9) + 1.5 buds = ~2.6 buds. Buds were 20 keys at the time of sale, thus 30 keys = 1.5 buds.

I have been watching this hat for quite some time and this is the only valid sale that I can find with sufficient proof.
Any constructive feedback or additional proof is welcome. Thanks!
how can you put a range if was just 1 sale? Too make a suggestion you need at least to sales to make the range
No you dont. The 2 sale rule is for unpriced summer-effect unusuals.
The low end is based off the 2.4 bud B/O and the high-end off a sale.
NecroTed explained it perfectly. Here is the old suggestion where I was advised to make a range. http://backpack.tf/vote/id/539dc0634cd7b8e72d8b496f
