The cloud 9 Tyrants is duped. http://backpack.tf/item/2211644314. Probably need a mini suggestion for that. Hopefully that will narrow the range down closer to 4.

Mkay, working on it. One sold for a TWatt beak, one on the market has a B/O of 5. So if we take ~4.9, that does indeed narrow down the range. I'll get right on that.

Maybe it should be 4.3 - 4.7? I dunno, neutral for now.
