Duped Burning Fedora looks to be 8-9 buds.

~8.5 buds - 4 buds pure = ~4.5 buds before overpay.

4.5 buds*.9 = ~4 buds

This hat is duped, but the dupes are the only ones that exist. The price may not be perfect but it is certainly better than it is now.
