Creamy bought the bp (unusuals) of that guy in bulk thats not usable at all.

I thought there had to be at least two transactions within the past three months for a new price to be set? I'm just wondering because that is what I have been told in the past when I tried to set a price of an unusual with one trade as proof.

Yeah for new (effect) unusuals this is true, read the guidelines again. :P
